Joe Biden having an 'identity crisis'

US President Joe Biden seems to be having an identity crisis lately, says Rita Panahi.
Ms Panahi pointed to moments such as when the President claimed he got "raised in the black church" and was "raised in the Puerto Rican community at home, politically".
"No wonder the poor dude is thoroughly confused," she said.
