To do kaleidoscope meditation, find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath. As you breathe in and out, imagine a kaleidoscope in your mind. The colors and patterns of the kaleidoscope should be ever-changing and ever-evolving.
Allow your mind to wander and explore the different colors and patterns. Don't try to force anything, just let your mind flow. If your mind starts to wander, simply bring your attention back to your breath and the kaleidoscope.
After a few minutes, slowly open your eyes and take in your surroundings. You should feel refreshed and invigorated after this type of meditation!
