This is one of those cases where somebody put something in there to unstop it and it actually came out of the tube. Unclogged it that though but when I'm using silicone I don't not a big proponent of silicone because I know it's going to shrink. So, I know I'll have to go over it more than once. So I suggest you do the same. Check it more than once. In this case.

We have a rain collar, I’m using a Ryobi battery powered. It kind of spoils you. Caulking gun. Not a big, I’m not getting paid by Ryobi. Just telling you, works real good. And then we’re going to pull the rain collar which is quite tight, but I’ll still seal it too. Probably have to go back over this because it’ll shrink up. We’ll have to go over it twice. So if you do silcone, get ready to do it again and again.

That’s why don’t do it in the. On these anymore because it just I just couldn’t get it to stop shrinking and making holes every time I put another layer on it would shrink up in this particular area. So I learned to use tar, which gets a little more flexible when it gets hot. It doesn’t blister off like silicone does. There you go.

If you pulled that lid off, you’re going to need to silicone these rivets too. In this case there isn’t and we didn’t pull the lid off so always make sure you seal those rivets up.
