Common mallow (Malva parviflora) is a tasty wild edible that I frequently talk about in my foraging books and videos. It’s also a relative of the vegetable okra. In this episode of Wild Edibles with Sergei, I thought it would be fun to compare and contrast malva/okra in order to spotlight how cultivated plants are derived from wild ones. Tune in until the end where I show you how to like to snack on common mallow like a boss. Enjoy!
