What is better Trading or Long term Investing?

Today I want to talk about Trading vs Investing in Stocks. Which is better?

Well, the answer is that it depends. It depends on your goals, your temperament, and your time frame for making money.

When you invest, you're buying shares of a company.
You might buy 1 share or 100 shares, depending on how much capital (Money) you have available for the Investment. If that company does well, then your shares will go up in value!
But if it doesn't do well… well, then they'll probably go down in value too.

When you trade stocks or other assets like futures contracts (which are basically like bets on whether something will happen or not), what happens is that instead of buying shares of a company with an agreement to hold them until an agreed-upon date when they can be sold for profit — which is what investing would look like — instead you're buying and selling those same assets back-and-forth throughout the day based on their current value at any given time during that day
