Screams heard in streets of Kyiv as morning missle strikes hit Ukraine's capital

Smoke was seen rising above Kyiv on October 10 as the city, and a number of other places in Ukraine, were targeted in early morning strikes. Kyiv’s mayor, Vitali Klitschko, said there were “victims." Kyiv Post journalist Jay Bleecher recorded this video as he said he was “heading towards the site” of one explosion. He said he was near the train station when, “suddenly two missiles soared right above my head.” An explosion shook the ground, Bleecher said, adding there were “people screaming.” He said he grabbed one woman nearby by the hand and started running under a bridge as a “second [missile] soared overhead."
