Using the lightened method / reverse bands while lifting

The reverse band method progressively deloads and reloads resistance during a lift, helping you to move more weight, help 'build' range of motion, push through plateaus, and tons of other stuff.

Add equal resistance on either side of the bar, and make sure the bands do not remove more than 10-15% of the total resistance.
