Thai Grilled Fish in Banana Leaf

One of the most common dishes around Thailand is grilled fish wrapped in banana leaf and grilled over hot grill. The banana leaf is gently peeled away and then the sauce is poured over the fish. Barramundi fish is perfect or any other white fleshed ocean fish will work.
