Cooking Instruction:

1.Lets start with the sauce. Grab a small food
processor. Add a chunk of fresh ginger, 1
jalapeño (if you want it less spicy, feel free to
de-seed the whole jalapeño, or some of it), half
an avocado, 1/3 of a small shallot, a small
handful of fresh chives and medium handful
fresh cilantro, the juice of 1.5 large limes (or 3
small limes), a small pinch of salt, 2-3
teaspoons Chile lime seasoning, and 3oz of
coconut cream (I used the can from Trader
Joe's). Give it a good pulse, give it a taste,
adjust as you prefer.
2.Then lets get the salmon going. Grab 1lb of
wild salmon. Cut it into cubes and toss into a
bowl. To the salmon, drizzle with 1 tbsp
avocado oil and add 1.5 tbsp garlic powder,
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1.5 tbsp chile
lime seasoning (i like a lot, feel free to dial ift
lime seasoning (i like a lot, teel tree to dial it
back if preferred), a small pinch of salt. Give it a
good mix, ensuring its all coated well.
3.Preheat an Airfryer to 400F, then place the
salmon nuggets on the tray and airfry for 10-12
mins at 400F. Time varies by airfryer, so keep
an eye on it.
4.Then plate it up with your favorite base and
toppings. I went with cauli rice (you can always
use regular rice, quinoa, or farro depending on
your fitness goals), topped it with some
salmon nuggets, then added fresh sliced
jalapeno, persian cucumbers, edamame, a
couple tablespoons of the sauce, then topped
with sesame seeds, fresh cilantro, and more
chile lime seasoning.
