Cancers should have been cured decades ago but, I lost another brother yesterday, I hate this system

I lost another brother to cancer yesterday, Rest In Peace Brother

I will never understand why the "leaders of the World", "science", or the "scientists" have never been FORCED to put cures and treatments for cancers ahead of everything else, instead the same "playbook" keeps being used under the guise of "helping" decade after decade meanwhile Trillions after Trillions are WASTED on these psycho people trying to control the World with their "pipe dreams" and wars that only KILL US ALL one way or the other, when if ever will OUR LOVED ONES get justice for their deaths ?

We are NOT IN THE STONE AGE, My guess is CURES FOR CANCERS ARE OUT THERE AND HAVE BEEN FOR A LONG TIME, HELD IN SECRET, I can't prove anything but, look up NIH-Ivermectin to battle cancers and you might feel the same way ? We know "they" only tell a very small part of the Truth, just enough to keep people quiet, I don't trust any of them and never will, their actions speak much louder than their words
