INGREDIENTS :

700 grams lean minced beef ( 24.69 oz )
800 grams chopped tomatoes in juice ( 28.20 oz )
255 grams canned kidney beans ( 9.00 oz )
1 cup beef broth ( 250 ml )
1 chopped onion
3 minced garlic cloves
1/2 medium red bell pepper chopped
1/2 medium green bell pepper chopped
1 chopped & deseeded green chili
1 teaspoon salt ( 6.00 grams )
1 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 2.30 grams )
1/2 teaspoon oregano ( 0.50 grams )
1 teaspoons cumin ( 1.5 grams )
1/2 teaspoon paprika ( 1.15 grams )
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder ( 0.78 grams )
1/2 teaspoon onion powder ( 1.20 grams )
1/2 teaspoon chili powder ( 0.98 grams )
1/2 teaspoon cayenne ( 0.90 grams )
1 teaspoon brown sugar ( 4.17 grams )
1 tablespoon vegetable oil ( 13.2 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in large pan / wok on medium heat add 700 grams lean minced beef & brown for 2 to 3 minutes
.add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper & continue to brown for 2 minutes
.add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
.add 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
.add 1/2 teaspoon cayenne, brown for 3 to 4 minutes & remove
.in same pan / wok add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil on medium heat
.once heated add 1 chopped onion, 1/2 medium red bell pepper chopped
.add 1/2 medium green bell pepper chopped, 1 chopped & deseeded green chili
.add 3 minced garlic cloves & cook for approximately 5 minutes
.add beef, 800 grams chopped tomatoes in juice
.add 1 cup beef broth, 1 teaspoons cumin
.add 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon brown sugar & mix well
.add 255 grams canned kidney beans & mix well
.reduce to low heat, cover with lid, cook for 2 hours stirring occasionally
.Top with grated cheddar & spoonful sour cream ( optional )
