Downloading data from firmament?

The firmament - what do you guys think? Sapphire blue or crystal clear? Or it may vary? I heard the story in the video (link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_bebl... ) before but didn't think much of it since I thought the ice would be transparent. Also there is this fenomenon of weird lybian dessert glass. Which one is true? Not all of them at once I suppose?

My video is offering one other explanation / version involving crystals.
This theory of mine has some holes in it but I still like it :) This idea of using quartz to download and upload data from the biggest data storage within firmament is wild and most probably isn't true or possible but as I've watched some videos, something clicked in my mind and I wanted to put them together along with some pictures into one place.
