Swami Mukundananda suggests Meditation as a daily practice to help improve our Will Power.
During Meditation, we focus our mind on the object of the meditation. The mind, by its nature, wanders in many directions. However, if we practice Meditation every day, we exert our willpower to stay focused. Eventually, we will succeed in our Meditation, and our Will Power will increase in every other aspect of our life. The best way to Meditate is to focus the mind on the Supreme Lord that way our mind will be purified and elevated as well.
