Today I'm sharing with you my personal cool down routine, that I often do to unwind, stretch and relax after I worked out! Stretching after a workout is so crucial to your overall health & flexibility.

This is a more intermediate style class since it's with minimal cues only. I won't be talking much during this 20 min class, which makes it perfect for well experienced yoga students and yoga teachers who like some silence in their yoga practice.
