In this gentle yin yoga practice, we'll focus on the heart and large intestine meridians that run along the chest as well as along the inner and outer arms. This is an invitation to slow down and surrender to the joy of the present moment with a combination of chest openers, upper back and shoulder stretches.

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, soothing and meditative practice that aims to balance out the yang energy in our lives. It targets the deep connective tissues (bones, joints, fascia & ligaments) in the body. It also intends to stretch & stimulate different acupressure points from Traditional Chinese Medicine.

There are 3 primary principles of Yin Yoga:
1. Find your edge
2. Be still
3. Hold the pose
