Homemade, Zero-Carb, Crispy, CRUNCHY Air-fried Chicken Nuggets | Unbelievably easy and less than $10

Look...it's rare you come across a crunchy, crispy meal on this Carnivore Diet and since carbs are out of the question, I show YOU how to make delicious "breaded" chicken nuggets - all under $10. Your taste buds and pockets will both thank you.
Ingredients per serving*:
- Chicken Breast
- Pork Rinds
- 1 Egg
*1 serving = 1 pound
Directions:
1) Crumble your pork rinds, with either a rolling pin - or - blender to create your "breading" & set aside. You can optionally add additional salt at this point.
2) Prep your egg wash by whisking 1 egg (both yolk and whites)
3) Cut your chicken into 1 inch cubes
4) Egg wash your chicken then coat in the breading
5) Pop in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 392 degrees.
6) EAT & enjoy!
