I Did 100 Push-Ups Every Day For 30 Days

In this video, I'm going to put my mind and body to the test by doing 100 push-ups every single day. On top of that, I am being conscious of my daily food intake while also working out 4 days per week doing HIIT Core workouts for 30-45 minutes each workout. After 30 long days have passed, I am happy with my results and I'm definitely going to continue this workout and diet plan as the months go on! Hopefully my progress can keep getting better as time goes on! Enjoy the video! 😃
