FBI Planned to Seize Contents of Private Safe-Deposit Boxes in Raid From Start, Judge Dismisses Suit

The FBI targeted the private safe-deposit box company US Private Vaults to gain access to the boxes of its customers, which was the intent from the start according to the agents own internal communications within the bureau who were involved with the operation. They flat out stated in them that they were going to use the criminal investigation into its owners to take possession of the boxes’ contents under civil asset forfeiture. This was after telling the judge they weren’t going to do this and falsifying statements and evidence to get a warrant in order to search the safe-deposit box provider and seize property supposedly related to the investigation. Which of course another judge has ruled they did nothing wrong in doing this and dismissed the class action lawsuit of US Private Vaults’ customers who the FBI tried stealing the possessions of.

In this video we take a look at this example of how the supposedly independent judicial branch is willing to carry water and cover for the FBI acting like a bunch of criminals.
