Crimean Bridge blown-up, is this an another provocation for Russia?

Crimean Bridge, (also known as Kerch Strait Bridge), was blown-up on Oct. 8, 2022, it is unpassable at the moment, the Ukrainian military has repeatedly announced that they will destroy Crimean Bridge before, and they did it this time. Obviously, this could be an another provocation for Russia.
