Joe Biden struggles to 'count to three' in speech

US President Joe Biden is “determined to show the world that he is not suffering from any cognitive decline whatsoever,” says Sky News host Rita Panahi.

Mr Biden was seen in a clip saying he wanted to start his speech off with “two words: 'made in America'”.

“That’s three words Joe – even teeny tiny toddlers can count to three,” Ms Panahi said.
