Ships of the Black Sea Fleet conducted an artillery engagement and destroyed submarine

Ships of the Black Sea Fleet have practiced naval artillery engagement, search and destruction of a simulated enemy submarine, as well as air defense of a detachment of ships in the crossing of the sea as part of an exercise that began at combat training ranges in the Black Sea.

In addition to tactical maneuvers at sea, the crews of the ships worked on the defense of the coast of the Crimean Peninsula, the basing points of the fleet forces, as well as marine communications and areas of maritime economic activity. More than 30 warships of different classes from the Black Sea and other fleets of Russia were involved in the exercise: frigates, patrol ships, small missile ships and missile boats, landing ships, small anti-submarine ships, as well as mine defense ships.
