THE BUTTE COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT CAME TO THE DECEMBER 14, 2021, BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING WITH A LITTLE REQUEST THEY THOUGHT WAS JUST PART OF THE NORMAL COURSE OF BUSINESS……

APPROVE AN ADDITIONAL $2.57M FOR IMMUNIZATION ASSISTANCE TO BRING A TOTAL BUDGET TO $2.97M. DECEMBER 2021. NOT 2020. A FULL YEAR INTO THE VACCINATION PROGRAM THEY DECIDED TO GET $2.57M TO SPEND OVER THE NEXT 6 MONTHS?? FUNDS FROM THE STATE TO “ASSIST” US IN GETTING VACCINATED. ASSIST OUR CHILDREN IN GETTING VACCINATED? AND THIS IS BROUGHT UP AT THE BOARD MEETING BECAUSE WE DEMANDED IT GET PULLED OUT OF THE CONSENT AGENDA WHERE THEY TRIED TO BURY IT UNDER “NORMAL COURSE OF BUSINESS” CONTRACTS. WHAT A LOAD OF BULL.

3.30 Agreement Amendment with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for an Immunization Assistance Program (IAP)

The Department of Public Health currently has a grant agreement with CDPH to participate in an IAP. An IAP is a federally funded program to cover specific activities that will raise the immunization levels of infants through school-aged children. Prevention, surveillance and outbreak control activities help reduce illness, disability and death due to preventable disease such as polio, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B, and many others. The term of the agreement is from July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2022 with a maximum amount receivable of $332,160.
CDPH amended the agreement in FY 2019-20 to decrease funding by $11,958 due to federal budgetary constraints. CDPH amended the agreement again in FY 2020-21 to increase funding in the amount of $72,746 to augment and enhance efforts around influenza vaccination as well as to perform COVID 19 vaccination planning.

The proposed amendment is to increase funding in the amount of $2,572,938 for FY 2021-22 to allow the Department to continue and expand activities related to Coronavirus Disease 2019 vaccination planning and implementation.
The Department recommends amending the grant agreement with CDPH for an IAP. The amendment increases the maximum amount receivable by $2,572,938, not to exceed $2,965,886. All other terms remain the same.

Staff Report: ON TOP OF THE SURPRISE ITEM, THERE WAS A 113-PAGE DOCUMENT ATTACHED TO THIS REQUEST AND IT WAS NOT EASY TO SEE. AND DEFINITELY IMPOSSIBLE TO EXPECT THE PUBLIC TO READ 113-PAGES WITH SUCH LITTLE TIME AS THEY BURIED THIS AS A CONSENT ITEM. THE LINK IS BELOW FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO PULL IT UP. THEY COULD NOT EXPLAIN WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO SPEND THIS $$ ON. NOW, AS I POST THIS ALMOST A YEAR LATER OCTOBER 2022 WE KNOW WHAT THEY SPENT IT ON…. MOBILE VACCINATION CLINICS… ROLLED THOSE OUT TO GET THE SHOTS INTO PEOPLE AT HOME, THE PARK, LIBRARY, COUNTY FAIR, ETC. AND NOW THAT WE KNOW IT’S A BIOENGINEERED WEAPON MEANT TO HURT OUR CITIZENS THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN’T ASK ONE SINGLE QUESTION AND JUST PUSHED THROUGH THE $$. BLOOD IS ON THEIR HANDS.

According to the FDA approval mtg for ages 5-11, 42% of kids already have immunity naturally. The covid shot doesn't last long, we already know. When the state decides my kids' medical exemptions, after genetic testing, aren't good enough, we have to ask ourselves what the real motives are to vaccinating. The truth is pretty clear.

Entire schools 100% vaccinated have had whooping cough outbreaks. If vaccines aren't effective, why are they being pushed? If the shots don't work, why do we need them, and if there is a risk of DEATH or injury, we should have the choice. And public education is not a privilege!

Stop being a puppet of the state and federal government and please stop taking their money. They are using our money to control us, and you are allowing it. Children are NOT at anymore risk from this than colds and flu and falling and scraping their knees. We don't need more money to tell the parents vaccines are available, if they wish to avail themselves of them. It is an egregious waste of taxpayers dollars. This ends when we say it ends, but as long as our representatives keep chasing the funding we will be beholden to those who are not looking out for our children's best interest. Just say no.

We cannot continue to put Covid19 vaccines in the same category as polio, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B. Covid19 is NOT a childhood disease and should not be treated as such with this excessive funding and incessant push towards a vaccine that has zero long-term studies or long-term proof of efficacy. We cannot use our children as the trial for this new vaccine. As one doctor in the FDA panel proposed, "We will never know if this works until we start using it." What type of "science" is that? How can we ethically use our children, who are virtually unaffected by this disease, as the experiment? Please, do not continue to accept these convoluted federal funds that could potentially cause more harm to our children than good.

There has got to be accountability by BCPH to explain this $2.6M ADD to a program that was funded at $332K for FIVE years. What in the world is BCPH doing with $2.6M over the next 6 months. It does not matter that this doesn't impact the County Budget. I assume this has got to include personnel expenses? Again, looking at a 113 page document in 3 days is impossible and not our job. This item should command a presentation under an agendized item for the next meeting. What exactly are the details? I implore you to pull from the Consent Agenda but pull and agendize for a future meeting to give the appropriate time for public review and input. I cannot imagine the Board is okay with a simple "ok" no issue - surveil our children to ensure compliance. Ok to hold raffles for prizes if children are immunized with covid vaccine. Please, let us in to see the details.

Thank you for the opportunity for me to talk about something no one is allowed to talk about: Vaccines
I’ve had all my vaccinations.
My children have had all their vaccinations.
My grandchildren have had all their vaccinations.
My great grandchildren have had all their vaccinations.
In January of 2020 Covid hit and I was extremely worried about my husband
He had recently gone through a major surgery and had “co-morbities.”
It only took about three weeks and I realized COVID was a sham. Which made me start researching everything I could find on the subject.
While investigating I learned a great deal about Covid vaccines and therefore all vaccines. What I learned was shocking and I wondered why I was never given this information before? In the limited time I have here, I’m unable to tell you all I learned but I encourage each of you to do your own research on vaccines and the Covid-19 shot. Which I would claim is your duty to the public - especially if almost $4,000,000 will be put in place “to raise the immunization levels of infants through school-aged children” in Butte County.
The death rate for COVID-19 for children under 19 is 0.0000.3. Children are the demographic at lowest risk. It is well-accepted that children have a statistically ZERO chance of dying from COVID. The CDC shows the K-12 mortality rate from or with COVID is .00003. Any intervention must cause fewer harms to the recipients than the infection, the cost-benefit of administering to children an investigational vaccine with emerging safety issues is especially difficult to justify. Therefore it is clearly irrational to vaccinate children with a COVID “vaccine” to protect them death especially without informed consent, which a child can not legally do.

I would like to direct you to the movie, 1986 The Act, and once you watch this documentary I encourage all of you to keep investigating. I and many other have sent you 1 1/2 years of research on COVID-19. I’m unable to post all that information here but all of you have those documents and are part of the public record. Each time I attend a Board of Supervisors’ meeting I report to this board the data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VARES). I was unable to attend your last meeting; however, I added a new group: 5- to 11-year olds since this age group was recently approved for vaccination. I hope and pray that I do not have to report the 0- to 4/5 (school aged children) group if they are approved for vaccination.
I am acutely aware we are not returning to a pre 2020 Covid era. Those days are gone and will never return; however, I just hoped to mitigate the harm being done to the children. First and foremost I’m a child advocate.
Please educate yourselves on these vaccines both past and the new Covid shot. The information is out there all you have to do is look.
