after windows 11 22h2 update my keyboard not working [Fixed]

after updating windows 11 version 22h2. my keyboard did not work. therefore I had to find away to fix the issue. well, it had taken me long time. but I did fix my issue with the keyboard. therefore I'll like to share this information with you.
