Kerch bridge explosion kills at least three people

At least three people have died after a key road-and-rail bridge linking Crimea to Russia was destroyed by a major explosion.
Russian officials say the blast occurred inside a freight truck which then caused seven fuel tanker wagons to catch fire on a train that was heading for the peninsula.
Thick smoke could be seen billowing from the area as two sections of the bridge partially collapsed.
