Mogok Sayādaw (1900–1962) follows in the footsteps of Ledi Sayādaw—a prolific and widely respected Dhamma master who taught in Burma at the turn of the century. Ledi Sayādaw had increased understanding of the Law of Dependent Origination among Burmese Buddhists, and Mogok Sayādaw
revived and emphasized its importance in his teaching.
James Baraz introduces the teachings in reference to Jack Kornfields book Living Dharma.
