Apple cider syrup #happyharvest thanks for the recipe @OurUrbanHomestead

2 c sugar
2 TBS clear gel or cornstarch
4 c apple cider
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp lemon juice
cinnamon
nutmeg
ginger

Mix sugar, spice and clear gel together in a saucepan. Add cider and lemon juice. Whisk together on medium heat until boiled and thickened to a syrup consistency. WB 20 minutes
