How to Have a Perfect Day!

Having a perfect day is all in your mind. I offer three steps to help achieve a perfect day. After setting your intention for your day and life you must get into the habit of analyzing every feeling and reaction you have. The goal being to fit your experiences into your goals for life. Then we must incentivize all of the changes we want to make and every time we act consistent with our goal to be happy we must reward ourselves. Don't let too many things fall through that cracks.
