A policeman in US' Texas was fired after he shot and wounded a 17-year-old who was sitting in his car and eating a hamburger. Footage of the October 2 incident showed James Brennand firing several shots at Erik Cantu in a McDonald's parking lot. Cantu was initially charged with evading detention and assaulting Brennand but the charges were later dropped.
