2 Peter 1:5-7 King James Version
5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

GOOD EVENING IN THE MATCHLESS NAME OF YESHUA EVERYONE!!!
You know guys, over the last year or more I've been struggling with self-control. Yes I admit it! I struggle with controlling my anger/temper, desire to do things my own way, fear, and yes lust. I struggle with my own selfish desires and ways, and I have to ask God every day to not just help me control them, but for Him to control them! To also through the Holy Spirit, help me to cultivate, and grow the qualities that reflect Jesus. I think it's why these questions from this morning's devotional were so challenging to my heart, and really got me to thinking about these issues in my own heart. It's why I'd like to share these questions from this morning's devotional with all of you right now, and I pray that they will challenge you to. Read these questions and see just exactly what I mean.

In whom do you observe Christlike qualities?

Is there someone in your life, or was in your life, who radiated Christ through their actions as well as their words? Maybe it was someone that really impressed themselves on you, that you try to emulate. If so, you want to continue doing that, and make sure that you are following God's word, by doing what it says! What I'd like to do right now my friends, is share some things that God put on my heart through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that it challenges you to grow those Christlike qualities. Come join me in this vlog, and learn how you can exhibit self-control, and learn more of the fruit of the spirit, so that you can cultivate and grow this in your life to reflect Jesus! 😊

So, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will challenge you to submit your heart to Christ every day, so that through him you can produce everything you need to live a godly life.

How might you cultivate them in your own life as God provides what you need?

It all starts by asking God to help you cultivate these qualities through reading his word but also doing it! I also believe it involves asking God every day to show you areas in your life where you were allowing the walls of your spiritual heart deteriorate, and ask him to help strengthen and reinforce them. I pray that you are allowing the Holy Spirit to control you, helping you to overcome the flesh, by following the Holy Spirit, so that you will be the effective person for the Lord, that He has called you to be. I encourage all those who are struggling in their walk to reach out to Jesus, to allow Him to be your strength, and USE the armor that He’s given you. Don’t walk in your own strength but walk in His!!

UNTIL SUNDAY MY DEAR FRIENDS:

HAVE A SWEET, BLESSED, AND TRANQUIL EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
