Adjudication Marking Ballots

Verification with the Deputy Secretary of Elections from the Nevada SoS's office that marking our ballots according to the NRS statutes will NOT spoil the ballots, force them into adjudication, or send them to Duplication.
Mark Wlaschin concurred with us about all of these issues.
