Media Admits Constitution Says State Legislatures Run Elections, Claim It’s a Rogue Fascist Theory

On the US Supreme Court’s docket is the case Moore v Harper which the media has up until now steered clear of for the most part because they were afraid to go full retard in order to push a narrative that is easily debunked. But, things have somehow changed now which has lead the Guardian to release an opinion piece where the author has decided it was time to hop on the full on retardation train and try to push it.

The guy flat out admits from the start in his riding it that the US Constitution states that state legislatures are the only ones that oversee and run elections in their respective states. As in, they are independent and not beholden to the courts, the Federal Government, governors, secretaries of state, etc. Which he cannot argue against, so he decided to claim it is an obscure provision and therefore should be ignored because it is rogue fascist theory that state legislatures are independent, This is besides him also trying to claim at the same time even though it says this, it doesn’t mean it though.

In this video we take a look at this full on hockey helmet wearing, short bus riding, retard actually try to push this bullshit.
