Al-Jubeir: Oil is not a fighter plane, and Saudi Arabia does not use it as a weapon against America

Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Adel Al-Jubeir, said that Saudi Arabia does not use oil and the OPEC + alliance as a weapon against the United States, denying that Saudi Arabia has reduced oil production to harm the United States.
The Biden administration is concerned, in the wake of the sudden oil production cut by the "OPEC +" alliance, amid fears of higher fuel prices ahead of the midterm elections in November, and an end to Democrats' control of Congress.
