Eat Pizza WITHOUT Guilt! 3 Easy Carnivore Friendly Pizza Recipes

_Quick & Dirty Pizza with Easy Prep Time_
Ingredients per serving | 1 serving = 6 slices
- ~30 slices Pepperoni
- 6 slices cheese
Directions:
1) Set stovetop to Medium heat
2) Once pan is hot, add slice of cheese and pepperoni
3) Pizza is ready when bottom is golden brown
4) Allow pizzas to settle for 2 minutes before eating
Enjoy!
_Breakfast Pizza with Medium Prep Time_
Ingredients per serving | 1 serving = 10”
- ~15 slices Pepperoni
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
1. Set stovetop to Medium heat
2. Whisk 4 eggs in a bowl
3. Then, Shred 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese *optionally* add a handful to your whisked eggs
4. Once pan is hot, add grease of choice to prevent eggs from sticking. I recommend butter, ghee, tallow, or lard.
5. Allow eggs to cook before flipping over
6. Once flipped, dress your “pizza” with remaining cheese and pepperoni
Enjoy!
_Near Perfection Pizza with Hard Prep Time_
Ingredients | 1 pie feeds 1-2
- ~16 slices Pepperoni
- 2 eggs
- 150 g chicken
- 100 g pork rinds
- 140 g parmesan cheese
Prep:
* Roll or blend 100 grams of pork rinds
* Cook 150 grams of chicken in your preferred method. In this video I air fried my chicken
* Shred 140 grams of parmesan cheese
* Grease pizza pan
Directions: First, create your crust
1. Set oven to 400 degrees F
2. Combine eggs, chicken, pork rinds, and cheese into blender/food processor and mix
3. Fold “dough” in a bowl adding salt seasoning
4. After seasoning, roll “dough” on your pizza pan *optionally use sheet of wax - or parchment paper - to layer on top of dough and roll on top to spread
5. Once spread thin, place in oven for 20 minutes.
Next, dress your pizza:
6. remove pizza from oven & spread 1 tablespoon of melted butter on your “crust”
7. Apply pepperoni - or meat - of choice and cheese
8. Place back in oven for an additional 10 minutes
