Ingredients and preparation:

0:56 Add 3 tbsp of Sattu into a blender jar.
1:16 Add 1/2 tsp of amchur powder.
1:30 Add 1/2 tsp of jeera powder.
1:43 Add 3 chopped mint leaves.
2:06 Add a few strands of chopped coriander leaves.
2:19 Add 1/3 tsp of Himalayan pink salt.
2:34 Add the juice from 1/2 a lemon.
2:47 Add 1 1/2 glasses of filtered water, ice as required, and blend.
2:52 Add a pinch of coconut sugar and blend again.
3:05 Add 1/2 chopped and deseeded green chilli.
3:19 Mix well. Drink it twice a week on an empty stomach before breakfast.
