Interpreting the Second Amendment Isn't Rocket Science!

This is the first of a series of videos in which I will explain how Americans viewed the issues related to the 2nd Amendment AT THE TIME! This first video focuses on the context within which the Amendment was adopted, and the meaning of its language. The focus of the initial video is on the national level. Subsequent videos will examine how the States interpreted, or didn't, these same concepts in their own laws and constitutions.
