Affirmations and Guided Meditations 🙏💜
The instructions for these are in the recordings but the tips for best practice and efficacy are;

Repeat the Affirmations – the Ascended Masters, the Divine and the Angels are always listening.
Assume the Feeling of the Wish Fulfilled. If you FEEL like you have it, you’ll have it much sooner.
Don’t dwell. If you do the work, the work is enough. If you spend all your time focusing on wanting, you’ll simply get more wanting. 17sec is all it takes, then forget about it, feel it as part of the work, but let the Universe do its job.
Never spend time thinking where it is, why hasn’t it happened and so on – while you’re there, it’ll never come. Have FAITH.
Don’t unpick it. Guided Meditations, Trancework, Affirmations all work – we don’t need to know how – just like a computer, use it, but let it simply work FOR you.

Hypnosis is like a guided meditation but you are taken a bit deeper so that deep healing work can occur. It is perfectly safe as long as you, 💥💥📢 Do Not Drive or operate machinery.💥💥
