DRT | AMAZING BREATHING/WHISPERING ASMR + GENTLE LIGHT FLICKERING — Episode 19

Hope you're having an amazing day! For episode 19, I decided the main theme for today would be to do some BREATHING and WHISPERING, along with various noises of course. I also left in some of the background noise because I thought it gave the whispering a more realistic feel. I liked the gentle light flicker effect I created. But WARNING: I'm not a doctor, but if you're sensitive to sudden light transitions then please be careful!

Going on this ASMR journey has really helped me with my anxiety and stress levels in general. It's been so much fun, and I hope you all enjoy this as much as I do.

Oh, and headphones give all the extra tingles! ;-D

ABOUT MY CHANNEL
MY channel is about random ASMR. I'll end up covering lots of cool triggers and scenarios one day. But for now, I'm going to keep it SIMPLE with black/dark backgrounds and random sounds that give me the TINGLES!
