Platteville officer in new bodycam video: ‘I didn’t know' suspect was inside cruiser when train hit patrol car

A Platteville police officer claims in newly release body camera video he was unaware there was a handcuffed woman in the backseat of a patrol cruiser at the time it was struck by an incoming train.
