Fla. CFO Patronis opens 'insurance villages' for storm survivors

Hurricane Ian was one of the deadliest storms to strike Florida and it inflicted billions of dollars of damage on t homes, farms and businesses. One America's Neil W. McCabe spoke to the state's CFO about the insurance villages that are set up to support Floridians starting over after the storm.
