I FAILED at getting a Rugged Drop, so I took the One Chip Challenge Urgent Quest as Punishiment

During the stream, where we tried very hard to grind out for a Rugged- with the new combat zones having increased drop rates. I said if we could not get one by a certain time, I would do the One Chip Challenge. Well, that's precisely what happened. 3rd time baby.
