Cartridge runout and press considerations...Presses with stops vs camover observations.

[Feb 1, 2018] Hey everyone, I discovered a flaw in my press operation that seems to cause cartridge run-out/concentricity issues. Thought you might find it interesting. Hopefully my mistake can lend to the collective knowledge.
