Homemade Fermented Soft Drinks Pineapple Strawberries and Lemon

I make Tepache from Pineapples on a regular basis in Summer. After starting two rounds of ferments with the pineapple to make the Tepache, I make a third one where I add strawberries and lemon zest. I use my ginger bug to up the fermentation process and of course filtered water and 3 to 4 days later the brew looks like this. They get eventually strained and put in glass flip top bottles for another 3 days ferment and then they go into the fridge and get used. Tastes fantastic and is super healthy.
