Info from Licensor: "Guy sped around me on the right lane, even though I had a left turn coming up. Cut me off and slammed on the brakes, no chance to react and ran into him. Called 911 while driving, thought he might run. The driver of the other vehicle was the party at fault and got a careless driving ticket."
