A hilariously/anxious journey through meditation to try and find some peace in this world of pandemics, war and social media.

Honestly, meditiation WILL change your life i'm not joking despite the look of my face at every single point in life 😂. I hope this helps anyone who feels like they need it. Meditation is considered a type of mind-body complementary medicine. Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress.
