This video covers how your habits affect your life and what you can do to change them. Most of what we do on a day to day basis is done through our habits rather than personal decisions.

Habits can be changed or replaced, but we have to actively do so which requires self-discipline and willpower. Whether you want to stop procrastinating, eat less junk food, or exercise more, it all comes down to making a habit out of it.

Changing habits in one area of your life can also spill over to other aspects such as exercising more and increasing productivity at work or saving more money. The same thing happens even when you simply make your bed every day.
