Instant Pot Beef Brisket Recipe

Ingredients -

Beef Brisket
Avocado Oil
Avocado Spray
Killer Hogs Texas Brisket Rub
Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub
2 Bell Peppers
1 Red Onion
1/3 TBLS Liquid Smoke
BBQ Sauce
1 1/4 Cups Beef Broth
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce

Directions -

Spray down brisket with Avocado Spray and put on the Killer Hogs Texas Brisket Rub and The BBQ Rub.

Let brisket reset and chop up onions and bell peppers.

Turn on sauté mode on the Instant Pot and pour in the avocado oil.

Braise the brisket for 3 minutes on each side once the avocado oil is heated up.

Remove the brisket and pour in the Beef Broth, Worcestershire Sauce, Liquid Smoke, BBQ Sauce and the bell peppers/onions. Add the brisket to the instant pot and add a little extra BBQ Sauce to the brisket,

Set Instant Pot to High Pressure and set timer to 1 hour.

After the 1 hour is completed let naturally release for 10-15 minutes, and let the remaining pressure out.

Pull out brisket and let it rest for 10-15 minutes and slice against the grain into about pencil sized slices.

Now get ready to have one of the BEST Briskets you have had for dinner.
