Vanessa Rae is a Confidence Coach, Teacher, Bereavement Doula, Healer, Intuitive, Mystic and
Musician. She helps women and girls end the battle, struggle and torment with food, their bodies and themselves. She guides them on this deep, sacred, profound (and even pleasurable journey) to their
empowered embodiment of confidence & comfort, liberation, light, beauty & peace- with their bodies and in their lives. After healing her own eating dysfunction of nearly 25 years, losing her excess weight without dieting and gaining peace, confidence and comfort in her own skin, Vanessa started offering this to the world. She has been certified in countless trainings in Holistic Healing Arts, Energy Medicine, Psychological and Spiritual certifications as a Counselor and Coach. She began working with Marianne Williamson, as a Miracle-Minded Coach in 2021. She has her music degree from Mills College, and been leading vocal exploration workshops and lessons since 2007. As a long time performer of sacred sound she has a rich and eclectic history as a singer and performer. She guides people to discover and embrace their true voice in every sense.
