A federal judge has ruled the jury in the sedition trial against at least one member of the Oath Keepers will not see some of the evidence against them. The judge called the evidence, a so-called “death list,” too prejudicial. If found guilty, the Oath Keepers on trial each face up to 20 years in prison. One of the defendants pleaded guilty Thursday and will now cooperate with the prosecution.
