Pit Boss 1100 Pro Series Returns | Pit Boss | Pit Boss Smokers

Decided to break out the Pit Boss 1100 Pro Series and start doing some more cooks on it.

Broke the Pit Boss out and got it all cleaned up after being in storage for about 6 months. Replaced the heat shield as the old one was about completely rusted through. And getting ready to start using some Royal Oak 100 Percent Charcoal Pellets.
