I was very excited to read "All Guts All Glory" recommended by a friend. It's an easy read, the way the author explains these vital connections to our gut & disease & ourselves! The book is packed with so much information I'm reading it again, this time highlighting key info. Hmmm...would looking at the bruise on my knee help solve the mystery? I think not as the cause will be different from the symptoms, and different for different people.
